WHAT TO EXPECT
The initial assessment may take up to 90 minutes.
The first session is usually about getting to know you and talking about the issues that are concerning you. Often a goal is then set that may become a focus of subsequent sessions.
Subsequent sessions are usually 50-60 minute in duration.
The number of sessions may vary depending on your needs. Some clients benefit from a couple of sessions while others may need 10-15 sessions.
Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly or less frequent at a later stage of therapy.
